Job Summary

We are looking for a Logistics Supervisor to support day-to-day site logistics on a large construction project in Norway. You will help ensure smooth material flow, site access, and coordination of deliveries and logistics activities to support efficient and safe site operations.

What You’ll Do

You will supervise daily logistics activities on site, including delivery coordination, material handling, laydown areas, and internal transport routes. You will support access control, ensure site cleanliness, and help maintain clear and organized work areas. You will work closely with subcontractors to ensure materials are delivered and stored correctly, and assist in coordinating workfront readiness. You will also support snagging activities by identifying issues on site and ensuring follow-up with responsible teams.

Requirements

3+ years of construction site experience
Experience in site logistics, construction support, or site supervision
Understanding of construction workflows and site operations
Experience from industrial projects is an advantage
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Teams)
Fluent English
