The Role
We are hiring two Mechanical Site Supervisors to support delivery of a large-scale data center project - one specializing in Cooling Water Piping (CWP) and one in Plumbing systems.
These roles are responsible for supervising site installation works, ensuring compliance with design, safety, quality, and schedule requirements in a fast-paced, high-performance construction environment.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day mechanical installation works on site
Coordinate subcontractors and ensure work is executed in accordance with drawings, specifications, and method statements
Oversee installation of systems based on specialization:
CWP Role: chilled water systems, pipework, valves, pumps, supports, and pressure testing
Plumbing Role: domestic water, drainage, sanitary systems, and associated infrastructure
Ensure compliance with QA/QC standards, inspections, and ITPs
Monitor progress and support project schedule and milestones
Identify and resolve technical and coordination issues on site
Ensure strict adherence to health & safety requirements and safe systems of work
Liaise with QA/QC, design, and commissioning teams
Support testing & commissioning activities, including flushing, pressure testing, and system handover
Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports and progress tracking
Requirements
Relevant technical qualification in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
5+ years of experience in mechanical site supervision within construction projects
Proven experience in either:
Cooling Water / HVAC piping systems (CWP), or
Plumbing systems in large-scale projects
Experience in data center or mission-critical environments is highly preferred
Strong ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and schematics
Knowledge of installation standards and best practices
Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors on site
Strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity
Good communication and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience on hyperscale data center projects
Familiarity with testing & commissioning processes
Knowledge of relevant standards
Experience working in fast-track, multi-contractor project environments
