The Role

We are hiring four Electrical Site Supervisors to support delivery of a large-scale data center project. Each role will focus on a key area of the electrical scope:

• Energy Marshall (Temporary Power & LOTO)

• HV/MV Systems Supervisor

• Generator Package Supervisor

• Containment & Small Power Supervisor

You will be responsible for overseeing installation activities, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring all works meet project safety, quality, and schedule requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day electrical installation activities on site

• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and method statements

• Oversee works within your specialization:

  • Energy Marshall: manage temporary power, energization processes, LOTO procedures, and safe energization control

  • HV/MV: installation of switchgear, transformers, cabling, terminations, and energization readiness

  • Generator Package: installation and integration of generator systems, fuel systems interfaces, and testing

  • Containment & Small Power: cable tray, ladder, trunking systems, and low-voltage small power installations

• Ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures, ITPs, and inspections

• Enforce strict adherence to health & safety standards, including permit-to-work systems

• Support testing & commissioning (T&C) and energization activities

• Monitor progress against schedule and support project delivery milestones

• Identify and resolve technical, coordination, and installation issues

• Liaise with QA/QC, HSE, design, and commissioning teams

• Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports and progress updates

Requirements

• Relevant technical qualification in Electrical Engineering or equivalent

• 5+ years of experience in electrical site supervision on construction projects

• Proven experience in at least one of the following areas:

  • Energization / energy isolation (LOTO) and temporary power

  • HV/MV electrical systems

  • Generator installations and integration

  • Cable containment and LV distribution / small power

• Experience in data centers or mission-critical environments is strongly preferred

• Strong understanding of electrical installation practices and safety procedures

• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics

• Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors on site

• Strong focus on safety, quality, and schedule delivery

• Good communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience on hyperscale data center projects

• Familiarity with energization procedures and commissioning workflows

• Knowledge of international standards (IEC, ISO, etc.) and local electrical codes

• Experience working in fast-track, multi-contractor environments
